Financial Policy
Your copays and any outstanding balances are expected to be paid at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Care Credit. You can also submit your payments online through your portal.
After your visit, we will bill your insurance, and our billing office will send you a statement reflecting any remaining balance after your insurance has paid. Your payment responsibility is determined only by your insurance. For scheduled procedures, a prepayment may be required, depending on your insurance and your coinsurance, and your deductible balance. Your prompt remittance is greatly appreciated.
