What to expect on your visit?
Spine and Orthopedic Center of New Mexico providers and staff are committed to providing you with the best service and addressing your concerns in the most efficient and professional way. Our goal is to help you get back to a healthy life.
At the time of your consultation, please assist us by providing the following information:
- Your ID and Insurance Card.
- Email address, to establish your patient portal access log in. You will be able to access through your portal all your medical information, update your personal information, check and confirm your appointment, or send a request to reschedule.
- Reports and actual CDs for any recent imaging (X-Rays, MRIs) done outside our facility.
Important: A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under 18-year-old.
