Laser Endoscopic Discectomy

Laser Endoscopic Disectomy is the surgical removal of bulging or herniated disc material that is pressing on the spinal cord or nerve root. This procedure is minimally invasive and uses an endoscope, which is a tiny camera attached to the end of a flexible tube that is inserted into the body. The camera allows the doctors to see what is putting pressure on the spinal cord or nerve root and where.
