Dr. Ball was a very precise about what was going on in my diabetes feet trouble. He went over the x-rays and the feet test that he did while in the room. I am glad the VA has this Dr on list for Veterans to see. I learned more about my feet in this appointment than in all the years of being a diabetic. Hes great would highly recommend him.

Dr. Ball removed a callous from the bottom of my foot which relieved a lot of pain. He took X-rays of my foot and showed the changes from my last visit.

Dr Osmani is great but I had 930 appt. I arrived 915 dr didn't come in until 1130. I waited 45 minutes in waiting room and 1 & half hour in exam room. It was far too long. My last appointment before this was a long wait also. Might be too much over booking. So as far as the dr goes he's excellent but waiting time way too long.

Identifying and treating patients concerns is critical and I feel in good hands
